1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until approved by IID section.

3. The building plans cannot be approved development package, DP15-0044 has been approved.

4. Zoning cannot approve until all PDSD agencies have approved the building plans.

5. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

11/06/2015 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Comment not addressed. [Initial comment: Add a note to the drawings that the U-value and SHGF values for the fenestration components (sheet TS1) shall be certified in accordance with NFRC 100 and NFRC 200.]
2. Section 401.2, IMC 2012 states that where a dwelling unit has an infiltration rate less than 5 air changes per hour, mechanical ventilation is required. Section R402.4.1.2, IECC 2012 requires dwelling units in our climate zone to have a tested infiltration rate that does not exceed 5 air changes per hour. Having each dwelling unit pass a blower door test with exactly 5 air changes per hour would be very difficult. For options, see Section R403.5, IECC 2012. [Initial comment: Verify that each apartment has sufficient ventilation per Section 403.3, IMC 2012. Reference: Section 401.2, IMC 2012 and Section R402.4.1.2, IECC 2012.]
