1. ON THE DRAWINGS (TWO SETS), INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE DRAFT CURTAIN, AND PROVIDE A NEW DETAIL OF THE DRAFT CURTAIN, INDICATING HOW THE DRAFT CURTAIN IS CONSTRUCTED, HOW IT IS ATTACHED TO THE STRUCTURE, ALL DIMENSIONS, AND A NOTE ADDRESSING THE LOCATION OF THE SPRINKLERS AT THE DRAFT CURTAIN.
2. FLOOR PLAN 3 ON SHEET 0.2: THE THIRD FLOOR TENANT AREA HAS ONE EXIT THROUGH THE SHELL SPACE. IN OUR DISCUSSION, IT WAS AGREED THAT AN EXIT SIGN MUST BE LOCATED AT THE DOOR FROM THE TENANT SPACE INTO THE SHELL SPACE, AND ANOTHER SIGN AT THE SHELL SPACE DOOR INTO THE STAIRWELL. IN ADDITION, TWO 3'-0" TALL PONY WALLS (SPACED 5' APART) MUST BE CONSTRUCTED FROM THE TENANT SPACE EXIT DOOR TO THE SHELL SPACE EXIT DOOR. INDICATE THESE WALLS ON THE THIRD FLOOR PLAN, AND PROVIDE A DETAIL INDICATING THE PONY WALL HEIGHT, STUD SPACING, GYP BOARD, AND CONNECTION OF THE WALL TO THE FLOOR. WITH THIS EXIT PATH DELINIATION, THE STORAGE OF ITEMS BETWEEN THE EXIT DOORS CAN NOT INTERRUPT OR HIDE THE MEANS OF EGRESS.
