1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The building plans cannot be approved until the development package, DP15-0036, has been approved.

3. Based on the drawing index shown on sheet 1 the drawings are not in the correct order.

4. The development package sheets provided in the building plans will either need to be the approved development package sheets or marked as reference only prior to approval of the building set.

5. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

1. SHEET 0.2; LEGEND: THE FIRST ITEM LISTED IS A DRAFT CURTAIN. DO WE HAVE A DRAFT CURTAIN IN THIS PROJECT? PLEASE VERIFY.
Note: Without a draft curtain the open stairway on the southwest corner of the building will not be permitted to be open between the floors per 1009.3.

2. SHEET 0.2; PLANS 1, 2, AND 3: FOR EACH FLOOR, PLEASE DEFINE THE AREAS DENOTED AS B, A-3, AND S-2, AND INDICATE AN OCCUPANT LOAD AT EACH OF THOSE AREAS.
Note: The open office areas on floors 1 and 2 must have a minimum occupant load relative to the aggregate floor area per 1004.1.2.

3. SHEET 0.2; FLOOR PLAN 3: TABLE 1021.2(2) INDICATES THE THIRD STORY MUST HAVE MORE THAN ONE EXIT. THE THIRD FLOOR TENANT AREA HAS ONLY ONE EXIT (THE EXIT THROUGH THE SHELL SPACE IS NOT ALLOWED PER SECTION 1014). IF ACCESS TO EXIT 2 IS PROVIDED (CORRIDOR), INDICATE THE ALLOWED AND ACTUAL TRAVEL DISTANCE ON THE PLAN.
Note: An open shell building or area does not have an occupancy classification and therefore can not be accessory to another occupancy. Further, the definition of corridor is "An enclosed exit access component that defines and provides a path of egress travel." The enclosed corridor is required although it does not need to be fire-rated in this case.

9. SHEET 1.1; FLOOR PLAN: PER SECTION 1018.6, THE CORRIDOR MUST BE CONTINUOUS FROM THE POINT OF ENTRY TO AN EXIT, AND SHALL NOT BE INTERRUPTED BY INTERVENING ROOMS. CORRIDOR 105 (BETWEEN THE WAREHOUSE AND THE OPEN OFFICE) DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET THAT REQUIREMENT. PLEASE VERIFY.

16. SHEET 1.1; WALL TYPES: PLEASE INDICATE ON WALL G THE GYPSUM BOARD ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STUD WALL MUST EXTEND CONTINUOUSLY TO THE ROOF DECK PER SECTION 707.5.
Note: Please include specification for the wall covering on each side of the wall for this notation.

21. SHEET 1.9; ELEVATIONS: SEVERAL ELEVATIONS INDICATE KEYNOTES 13 AND 14. PLEASE PROVIDE THOSE NOTES ON THE PLAN.
Note: It appears that the numbering for these two items has been transposed.

23. SHEET 3; DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE: PLEASE PROVIDE THE DISTANCE FROM THE NEW BUILDING TO THE EXISTING PROPERTY LINE ALONG THE NORTH WALL (IN ADDITION TO THE 11' DIMENSION SHOWN).
Note: A minimum distance of ten (10) feet must be maintained from all property lines unless alternate provisions of sections 602 are addressed. Please provide distances from each property line.

25. SHEET 3.0; STANDARD STRUCTURAL NOTES (GENERAL): NOTE 2G INDICATES A GEOTECHNICAL REPORT WAS USED. PLEASE PROVIDE FOR REVIEW.
