As per the last plan review comment #1, I believe the response was in reference to the Fire Pumps, not the three booster pumps in question. Plan Sheet E4.1, the one line diagram shows three booster pumps feeding from Service "HS". There is a keynote #27 on the disconnecting means for the motors which also refers you to keynote #3 on Plan Sheet E1.12. To reiterate, keynote #3 ( Plan E1.12 ) refers to vertical busway not booster pumps. Booster pumps are shown on floorplan E1.02. #2. As per the last plan review comment #2, plan sheet E6.2, the panel schedule for panel 'EDP'is still not coinciding with the one line diagram on plan sheet E4.1, ( panel '5EP' ). Still shows '1E'. #3. As per last plan review comment #3, the response in incorrect. The generator layout is not shown on plan sheet E1.12, and there is no keynote #10 Ref; IBC sec. 107.2.1, NEC 110, 408. |

The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The building plans will need to be approved and stamped by DRC prior to approval by Zoning. Contact Frank Dillon, Frank.Dillon@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-6957 for DRC requirements 3. This comment was not addressed. It appears that the total number of units has changed from want was shown on development package DP-14-0145. The development package will need to be revised to show the correct number of units. 5. This comment was not addressed. Sheet A2.00 shows 65 vehicle parking spaces provided, DP-14-0145 shows 66 provided. Depending on which count is correct the development package may need to be revised to show the correct number of vehicle parking spaces. 7. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
