1) paper submitted is too shiny for scanning/allowing stamping of plans (ink smears/not drying)

2) for inspections purposes - please identify the billboard as currently illuminated and that all electrical components (i.e. wiring/meters etc.) associated with the billboard will also be removed.

3) for inspections purposes - please identify how billboard is going to be removed - footer to be dug out/removed or base cut and capped? - and how on site conditions will exist once remove - will footer bases be patched with asphalt in flush to existing?

4) resubmit drawings to Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov - will print revisions and run the revisions to other reviewers in short order on behalf of Clear Channel, providing permission is given to do so is written expressly in the resubmittal email.
