COMMENTS: Provide a response comment memo explain how the zoning comments have been addressed.

01. Zoning has reviewed the T.I. plans for the CMU ANNEX but cannot approve them at this time. While T.I. plans in the downtown are generally an over the counter review, these T.I. plans appear to include exterior façade work. The exterior façade work must be reviewed by Frank Dillon or Michael Taku for compliance with the HPZ and or DRB approved plans and if applicable any conditions of said approvals.
Once all the building disciplines have approved the building plans, the plans must be taken to Zoning Administration staff for their stamp and signature. Once ZA Staff has signed off on the building plans the Zoning Review Section will approve the building plans.

02. Add the DRB and HPZ case numbers on the plan sheets in the lower right corner of all plan sheets. The set of T.I. plans do not include typical cover sheet where the HPZ and DRB case numbers are listed as a general note along with the approval date and any conditions of approval.

03. Once the Frank or Michael have stamped and signed off the T.I. Plans zoning will approve and stamp the T.I. plans sheets as well. Ensure that all reviewers' comments have been addressed.
