Two refunds will be processed per the below summary. One refund ($62,630.61) associated with the shell and core permit (TC-COM-0223-00714) and one refund associated with the Interior fit-out permit (TC-COM-0423-00982). Please work with our permitting manager Joseph Conrad, Joseph.Conrad@tucsonaz.gov, to confirm the appropriate payee and mailing address so the refunds may be processed as soon as possible. I apologize for the billing error that resulted in an overcharge on these permits and deeply regret any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.
