1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve until a development package has been approved by all PDSD review agencies.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

11/18/2014 RONALD BROWN BUILDING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The City of Tucson lettering standard for construction documents is a minimum of 3/32" actual size, (not CAD font size) upper and lower case. Several sheets through out this submittal are non compliant. Please revise all non-compliant sheets and resubmit.
2. Delete sheet ADA.0 in it's entirelty. If a code detail sheet is desired as a reference, use details of the 2009 ICC A117.1 as per the Applicable Code's list on sheet LS1.0.
3. Please provide a certification of special inspectors to conduct the special inspections as required by the 2012 IBC, Chapter 17 and as listed in your documents on sheet S1.1. There is a two part certification form on our web site that should be filled out and submitted for approval.
4. At detail FP1/A12.7, provide a 3'-0" wide accessible urinal stall as required by the 2009 ICC A117.1, Sections 605 and 305.7 plus figure (a).

11/24/2014 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide the scale of the enlarged partial plumbing plan. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. Provide automatic faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. Provide cleanouts sized for the nominal size of pipes that they serve up to 4-inches (see the 4" pipe downstream of EWC-1and the break-room sink). Reference: Section 708.7, IPC 2012.
4. The rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole (2577.0') is higher than the first floor elevation (2576.48'). Provide backwater valve per Section 715.1, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
5. Provide roof drainage and hydraulic scupper size calculations based on the 100-year hourly rainfall rate for Tucson, 3" per hour. Include the effect of any vertical walls that can divert rainfall onto the roof. (A scupper that is 1'-4" wide can handle about 132 GPM based on a head of 2".) Reference: Sections 1106.1, 1106.4, and 1108.3, IPC 2012.

1. Electrical (site) plan: identify the utility transformer location.

2. Single line diagram of service for tenant (building): provide the available fault current at the service entrance.

3. City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code (Ord #10963) compliance: Compare total fixture output to the budget based on property size and zone location (Table 401.1).
a. Include all exterior fixtures within the property lines. The ordinance requires identification of each fixture type (both Full-Cut-Off and un-shielded); and fixture output based on a typical lamp lumen output at the maximum fixture wattage rating.
b. The rated color temperature shall not exceed 3500K, Section 402.

Based on the water fixture unit calculation on sheet P2.0, the demand for the flush valve system will be approximately 52 GPM which will require a water meter size of 1-1/2" as a minimum. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
