Zoning cannot approve the building plans for the Façade remodel until the DRB decision letter has been issued and any conditions of the approval are incorporated into the building plans. 02. Zoning is willing to review the building plans as it pertains to the facade changes over the counter with an appointment. Be sure to include the decision letter and the stamped preliminary drawings with the next submittal. If you would like to have the plans reviewed over the counter call in advance for an appointment and I will reserve a time slot. 03. The RND number and the conditions of approval must be listed on the cover sheet of the building plans set and if applicable compliance with the conditions of approval must be demonstrated on the applicable plan sheets.
