Please provide a written response to comments with plan re-submittal. 1) Current Outdoor Lighting calculations for site are based on all fixtures being full cut-off. At full cut-off you are allowed 355,000 lumens of outdoor lighting on this site and tenant has already used 343,573 lumens. Current plan for LED strips shows that they are unshielded; if you have an unshielded component for outdoor lighting on this site then your total allowed lumens is reduced to 248,500 lumens (15,620 unshielded limit) which has already been exceeded on this site.
