1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve until a development package has been approved by all PDSD agencies for the site changes.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

Provide sufficient detail on the drawings to evaluate the energy compliance of the building envelope. The information shown on the drawings shall, as a minimum, include U-factors of the fenestration components, along with the SHGC for the fenestration. Reference: Sections C103.2 and C401.2, International Energy Conservation Code 2012.
2. Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the heating and cooling equipment specified for the project. Reference: Sections C403.2.1 and C403.2.2, IECC 2012.
06/10/2014 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. A community center is an A-3 occupancy, not an R-2 occupancy. Provide the number and type of plumbing fixtures required by Table 2902.1, IBC 2012.
2. Provide material standards for all plumbing fixtures being provided by others. Reference: Sections 303.4 and 402, IPC 2012.
3. The restroom is not under the control of an individual or a family therefore it is a public restroom. Provide an automatic faucet for the lavatory, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
4. Verify that the existing 4" building sewer can accommodate the additional drainage fixture units from the proposed community building (i.e. provide the slope and fixture load of the existing building sewer). Reference: section 710.1, IPC 2012.
