PROJECT NAME: Meridian i-19 Access (ADOT gated driveway)
PROJECT ADDRESS: 34th St. & Fiandaca Rd.
PROJECT REVIEWER: Matthew Geweke, Traffic Eng Tech

Non-Acceptance:
Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is necessarily for re-submittal.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a brief response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed and the original redlined set of plans for back checking.

- Sht 1: Fiandaca Rd. is not a City of Tucson street. Please define city limits and right of way, also ADOT jurisdictional property lines and right of way.

- Sht. 2: please update Pavement Marking 2 Keynote #12 (see attached pg.)

- Sht. 3 Note 11: please replace all existing signs with new signs. You will also need to add the Signing Notes somewhere in the plans please. (see attached pg.)

- Suggest the S end of Fiandaca Rd proposed intersection improvements require "End of Rd" markers (OM4-3), Arrow Rt (W1-6R) and 'No Parking' signs?
- Suggest S-bound Fiandaca Rd now require Curve Adv Warning (W1-1R) sign since this really is a 90` elbow intersection?

Thank you,
