1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning can not approve the building plan until a development package has been approved.

2. The exhaust fan schedule indicates that exhaust fans P1, P2, P3, and P4 are equipped with variable frequency drives. Provide the sequence of operation for the fans along with the minimum air flow rate for the fans. Reference: Section 404.2, IMC 2012.
3. Show how the elevator lobby in level P2 is to be maintained at a positive pressure with regard to the parking garage. Reference: Sections 404.3 and 404.3, IMC 2012.
