Sheet E4.0, one line diagram for services to building 1,2,3,4,5,400,500,600,700, reflects 24 meters. I presume it means 32 meters ? 2. Sheet E5.1 load calculations show: Studio 1 AC at 1.8 KVA One BR 2 AC's at 2.8 KVA Two 3 AC's at 3.8 KVA for Two BR units,3 AC-1's are being used at 1.8 each equals 5.4 KVA, how did you come to your input of 3.8 KVA ? 3. All services appear to be 120/208 v, 3 phase, the panels in the apartment buildings are single phase. Need to balance the 3 phases, rotating the use of phases to panels.
