Only a specification sheet was submitted for the modules and does not match the the model number with the one on the plans. The specification sheet indicates an Eoplly 156P-245, the plan shows a Candian Solar CS6P-245. The spec numbers for each is different, and values different. Specification sheets were not submitted for the inverters or the combiner boxes. These specification sheets must come from the manufacture and provide all specifications and show an approved listing. The calculations must then co-inside with the values from the spec sheets. The calculation sheet submitted with the module spec sheet shows two 135 KW inverters( Satcon Powergate Plus PVI 135), the plan sheet E2.0 shows three Solectria Inverters, 2-95 KW and one 85 KW.
