The revised building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The footprint of the proposed structure does not match the footprint shown on the approved site plan. The site plan will need to be revised to match the building plan prior to approval of the building plans. 3. It does not appear that the proposed building roof overhang will meet the required perimeter yard setback of 10' or ¾" the height of the building exterior wall. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.6.A Along interior property lines, the roof overhang may extend two (2) feet into the required width, provided the yard is not reduced to less than three (3) feet. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be approved prior to approval of the site and building plan. 4. There is a cistern shown on sheet A1 near the upper right corner of the proposed building. This cistern is not shown is not shown on the approved site plan. Depending on the size of the cistern a building permit may be required, at a minimum a zoning compliance is required.
