Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken.

SCOPE OF REVIEW:
The scope of this plan review includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy conservation. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2006 International Residential Code with local amendments. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval.

SITE PLAN:
1. Specify accurate locations of site walls per previous revision requests.
2. Include proposed porch roof location on the site plan.
3. Provide an accurate representation of the proposed roof structure for covered walkway between house and accessory building.

FLOOR PLAN:
4. Remove first floor exterior door from second floor layout.

FOUNDATION PLAN:
5. Specify the dimensions of the porch footings.
6. Provide a floor or landing outside exterior doors, R311.4.3.

STRUCTURAL / FRAMING PLAN:
7. Specify the size of the proposed beam supporting the back porch.
8. Provide a braced wall panel within 12.5' of all wall corners, Table R602.10.1, R403.1.6, R602.10.1.1, R602.10.8.

PLUMBING PLAN:
9. Include all plumbing fixtures in the water supply fixture unit calculation.
10. Tucson Water Department limits the maximum flow of a ¾" water meter to 35 UPC fixture units.
11. Include the proposed elevation of plumbing fixtures above the meter in the pressure loss calculation for water supply piping UPC Table 6-6.
12. Include all gas supply appliances in the gas supply schedule, UPC 1217.0 Table 12-8.
13. All construction drawings submitted after June 1, 2010 for one- or two-family dwellings must provide segregated building drains for future gray water utilization, Ordinance #10579.
14. Provide a grey water discharge above grade for proposed clothes washing machine.

ELECTRICAL PLAN:
15. Include the proposed load on panel 'A' in the electrical load calculations, E3502.2.
16. Clarify exterior lighting and GFCI receptacles on the second floor level of the accessory building.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE
17. Include all exterior lighting on the outdoor lighting calculation OLC 3.1.2.
