2. Zoning can not approve the building plan until the development package has been approved.

The electrical plans have been denied for the following:
1. All new electrical services must be underground.The requirement for overhead may be waived by the Building Official if esixting buildings on the block are served with overhead. This must be requested through the Building Official seperately. Per City of Tucson Ord# 10417 to the 2006 IBC.
2. Compliance with The City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code must be made through a calculation showing lumen (of all outdoor fixtures total) allowance per size of site as required per City of Tucson
Ord # 10963. Can be found on City's website under Development Services,then Codes,Standards and Ordinances.
3. Sheet ES1 of 3, please explain the meaning of "CT" in the EMS Interface Requirements , looking for meaning of "CT" in panel MP and why such higher amperage values.
4. Explain Panel E as an emergency panel, how will this become energized upon utility failure ?
