TRANSMITTAL DATE: April 11, 2011 COMMENTS: 1. Zoning has reviewed the proposed sign documents and offers the following comments. 2. One of the arrows does not appear to be pointing to a sign or it is not clear from the submitted drawing where the arrow for the west sign is to be pointing. However Zoning does not have any adverse comments to the wall signs. 3. Zoning could not verify the location of the monument sign. The drawing is very in providing details and it cannot be verified if the sign is within a sight visibility triangle. Zoning requests that the drawing be redrawn and make it clearer with the use of details depicting the signs and locations. Zoning does not have an adverse comment to the variance request for the monument sign so long as the sign does not interfere with pedestrian access, sight visibility (present and future) or is with in the future right of way.
