SUMMARY: A revised submittal package was submitted for the proposed City of Tucson Arroyo Chico Urban Greenway Park improvements. Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department has received and reviewed the plan sheets, revised W.A.S.H. - ERR report, revised drainage report, and revised SWPPP documents. Engineering Division recommends approval of the applications and provides the following as conditions to the permit to be addressed during construction activities.

CONDITIONS OF PERMIT:
The following conditions apply to permits T11CM01939 and T11OT01226:
1) The existing fence indicated by Demolition Note 6 on sheets SP-1 and SP-2 may be utilized as the temporary fencing that will be required to be in place during construction to protect existing Protected Riparian Habitat areas. Otherwise a temporary fence is required to be installed prior to commencement of any work at the site and shall remain until project completion and then removed from the site.
2) Permanent fencing shall be inspected by PDSD Engineering - call for inspection at commencement of fencing construction and for final inspection.
3) SWPPP interim erosion controls shall be in place prior to commencement of work. All temporary controls shall be removed, and permanent erosion controls shall be in place, prior to final approvals.
4) Arroyo Chico Wash shall remain undisturbed. Stockpiling materials, vehicular traffic, or any other construction activity is prohibited. If it is determined that there is disturbance outside of the approved disturbance limits or within the Arroyo Chico Wash, a stop work order may be issued, resubmittal, mitigation plans, and fees may be required.
