Provide a fire hydrant or fire sprinklers per IFC 508.5.1 as amended.
05/01/2012 CARL SCHULTZ FIRE REVIEW Approv-Cond Fire Flow requirements were determined using NFPA 1142 as referenced in the 2006 IFC. The required 3,175 gallons of storage can be met utilizing the existing water tanks onsite. The owner will provide a proper fire hose connection for firefighter use and sign the area to prevention the connection from being obstructed by the parking of vehicles.
