A majority of your drawings have fonts less than this requirement. Please revise all these drawings prior to the interior improvement submission. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section and the plans appear to be approvable. Once Plumbing has reviewed and approved the building plan zoning will approve the plan. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped Development Package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
