1. The ramp at 12' long and 1:12 slope has a rise of 12". As per 2006 IBC, ICC (ANSI 117.1), Section 405.8, it must have handrails on both side of the ramp and 3' clear between the handrails.
2. Extend the concrete curb across the North side of the bottom landing to stop a wheel chair stop from rolling into the PAAL.
3. The accessible parking sign is located in the wrong place. Please provide a large scale of the sign including "Van Accessible" signage.
4. Delete the flared wing on the side of the ramp.
