Determine the need for a backwater valve per Section 710.1, UPC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson. 5. The flammable waste interceptor is to be connected to all necessary floor drains in the vehicle repair, storage, and testing areas. Clarify how the flammable liquid interceptor drains and vents are to be isolated from the sanitary waste and vent system in the building. Reference: Section 1017.1, UPC 2006. 6. Provide the calculations used to determine the size of the flammable liquid separator and include the dimensions of the flammable liquid separator on the drawing (detail 6/P801). The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section and the plans appear to be approvable but due to the amount of comments by other PDSD agencies Zoning will not stamp and approve the plans at this time. 2. Once an approvable set of drawings is submitted Zoning will approve the plans.
