Sheet E1.2 shows a relocation of Pnl P1A , two existing 75 kva transformers,a 112.5 kva transformer, new by-pass isolation switch , and a new UPS system to mezz level, how is the mezz accessed ? Will relocated equipment be installed on floor ? How will relocated equipment be supported ? Provide an elevation drawing of this installation. 2. The five sets of feeders from Generator to Transfer Switch do not include a neutral ? The 1600 Amp Disconnect at the Generator requires a 4/0 cu grd per NEC-250-122. 3. Provide a cut sheet on the 1600 Amp Transfer Switch, required per Submittal Requirements. 4. Note 6 states "modify main horizontal bus of existing SES-A as required to make new cable connections", No mention is made of changing the listing approved for this Switchboard ? This would require a recertification of the board by a Recognized Facility. Please address this issue. 5. Note 9 states provide new pull box sized in accordance with NEC 314.28(2). Request the size of this pull box to be per the Electrical Engineer in order to eliminate any problems out in the field with sizing. 6. Note # 10 to be taken care as same as item 5 above. 7. Note #15 refers to primary (relocated) for transformer, plan shows a 25 kva, should be 75 kva? . 8. No information is provided on new Isolation By-Pass Switch or new DYNO machine, if these are shown on the plan and to be installed, provide information on them,, "provided and installed by contractor" insufficient. 9. 2005 Nec 702.5 "The Optional Stand -By System shall have adequate capacity and rating for the supply of all equipment intended to be operated at one time.". Provide a description of loads intended to be operated by this system. 10. Provide notation on Sheet E5.1, " Installer to comply with 2005 NEC, 702.8 A and B".
