3. On Sheet A1.0, Project Data, delete all reference to "ADAAG" and substitute "2006 IBC, Chapter 11 and ICC (ANSI 117.1) 2003 Edition" for all references to accessibility code requirements.
4. The "Yogurt Store" has it's own address and is a separate project from "Ancongress". Please submit for a separate permit for the Yogurt Store.
5. Exiting for the occupants of the total restaurant (including both ground level and roof patios) is through one enclosed area encompassed of the building and the patio fencing. Therefore a total of 529.9 people are exiting and as per table1019.1, three exits are required.

12. The graphic symbols for a waterless urinal will in no way meet accessible standards. Please insure that the actual unit to be used complies with ICC (ANSI 117.1), Section 605.
13. The lavatory hardware again is deplictive of a hardware set that does not comply with accessible standards. Please insure that the actual unit to be used is accessible.
14. At detail 19/A8.2, The vertical in non compliant as per Section 604.5.1. Please revise to proper length and provide all required accessible dimensions on the detail.
15. At sheet A8.3, for all gardrails around the roof patio, please comply with IBC 2006, Section 1013. Please provide proper dimensions to show compliance.
16. Details are missing at sheet nos. A8.4 and A8.5.

2. Clarify the installation of the five proposed water heaters. Neither the mezzanine plumbing plan nor detail 8/p2.1 appears to resemble the specified water heaters. The installation shall conform to the manufacturer's installation instructions. Reference: Section 501.0, UPC 2006.
3. Show how the termination points of the water heater flues comply with Section 510.6.2, UPC 2006 (i.e. at least 2 feet above any point on the roof within 10 feet of the flue).
4. Each piece of equipment requiring backflow protection shall be independently protected. Reference: Sections 602.2 and 603.0, UPC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson.
