The building plans appear to be in compliance with the last submitted Development package. At this time the Development package has not been approved by all PDSD agencies therefore zoning cannot approve the building plans. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped Development Package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
