TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 22, 2010

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC). Based on the building expansion calculation provided on the site plan the review is for full code compliance for the area of expansion only. Once the last approved site plan is provided the building expansion calculation can be verified. Additional comments may be forth coming.

2. Provide a copy of the last approve site plan with your next submittal.

3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6 For all existing and proposed buildings and structures, include size, height, overhangs, canopies, and use on the site plan.

4. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7 Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, Development Designator "18", Perimeter Yard Indicator "CC" the proposed addition does not meet the required perimeter yard setback of the height of proposed exterior building wall to the east property line. Based on the elevation provided on sheet 2 the height of the exterior building wall is 9'-0" there for a 9'-0" perimeter yard is required, 6'-0" provided. A Design Development Option (DDO) is requried.

5. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.10 Show sight visibility triangles (SVTs) on the plan.

6. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.13 If applicable show the location, type, size, and height of existing and proposed signage on the plan.

7. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.20 If applicable show all easements of record on the plan along with the recordation information, docket and page.

8. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.25 If applicable show the existing and proposed site lighting on the plan.

9. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.28 Provide the existing zoning for the parcels located south of 1st Street.

10. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.31 Provide the existing and proposed use on the site plan. The use should reflect a use shown with in the LUC such as Religious Use "18"

The following calculations are required on the site plan:

11. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.4 Provide the parking variance date of approval, what was approved and any conditions on the site plan. Provide a copy of the parking variance C10-88-42 with your next submittal.
