5) Restated: DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A: Revise the site plan (or plan set since all plans have been submitted as one package) to provide a sheet index on the first page for ALL 9 Sheets submitted for site, grading, water harvesting and landscape plan review. The sheet index should include the Water Harvesting Plan and the Landscape Plan since all plan sets have been submitted under one review.

9) Restated: DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Revise the site plan to clearly match the grading plan for the location of the concrete headers at the water harvesting basins within the vehicular use area. The landscape areas within the vehicular use area (VUA) must act as passive water harvesting.

10) Completed. However a new comment is to revise the parking count shown for the parking space along the east side of the property. The site plan show 7@9-foot each, however there is only 5 parking spaces shown.

11) Acknowledged: DS 2-02.2.1.A.8: However the required bicycle parking seems to have been removed from the plan set, clarify. Refer to Zoning requirements for number and location of the required bicycle parking.
