Mission Rose Academy Grading Plan Comments:

1- The building wall is touching the 100' erosion hazard setback. Since the structure foundation usually extends outside the footprint of the building, it is safe to assume that the foundation will be within the erosion hazard setback which might undermine the foundation and consequently at least part of the structure in case the 100-year erosion occurs. Address this issue and propose a way to protect the building from erosion.
2- The Apostolic Church development encountered soil piping problems during construction. It is very likely that this project may encounter the same problem. It does not appear that the geotechnical report has not addressed this issue which might cause some concerns during and after construction. The geotechnical report shall propose remedies for the problem if necessary.
