TRANSMITTAL DATE: April 20, 2011

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not approve the grading plan until the site plan has been approved. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

Drainage Report Addendum:

The Drainage Report Addendum is acceptable.

Site/Grading Plan:

1. Provide the recordation information for the dedication along Speedway Blvd and the acquired area along the alleyway on the plan.
2. Provide the recordation information for the 5' overhead electric easement shown on the west side near the alley.
3. The proposed six foot sidewalk needs to connect to the existing sidewalk located in front of the property to the west. Proper transition must be provided.
4. Existing unused curb openings shall be closed off with the standard 6" curb.
5. Contact City of Tucson Transportation Department, Permits and Codes, Richard Leigh, for additional information and the required right of way permits.
