The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2009-019" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T09PI00014" on cover sheet. 3. Place index map on cover sheet. 4. Submit approved tentative plat showing phasing of project or correspondence from the COT Development Service Department approving the proposed phasing of project and waving of the sidewalk requirement along 1st Avenue. 5. Private drainage easements will have to be obtained for all private storm drains crossing the public rights-of-ways. Delineate all easements and provide recordation information in plan views. 6. Provide a minimum 42' pavement radius at the temporary turnaround at the end of Hammer Lane. If a curb will not be provided, an 8' graded shoulder with a maximum 2% cross slope will be required along turnaround with the access barrier placed beyond the graded shoulder. Additionally, a temporary public access easement will have to be provided for the turnaround. 7. Provider pavement or rock rip-rap to encompass area in front of basin 3 inlet. This area will need to be armored to prevent scouring. 8. If a curb will not be provided at the intersection of Emma Marie Street and Dorothy Day Lane, an 8' graded shoulder with a maximum 2% cross slope will be required along turnaround with an access barrier placed beyond the graded shoulder. 9. Have the proposed drainage structures within the Old Nebraska Wash been designed to withstand the 100 year flood conditions? Provide complete details for all drainage structures.
