11/17/2009 RONALD BROWN ZONING HC REVIEW Denied 1. At the marked crossing in from of the existing loading zone:
a. If zoning allows this location which I don't believe they will (reference zoning comments), reconfigure the detectable warnings to be in direction of travel. Turn the one at the bottom of the sidewal;k ramp 90 degrees, provide another one just prior to crossing the drop off zone, maintain the concrete walk flush and retain a 6" high curb for separation.
2. For all the curb ramps with landscaping on either side, it is suggested to delete the flared concrete sides and have a simple curb return ramp. (at 4 locations).
