The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. A Special Exception Approval for the proposed use must be approved prior to approval of this plan. If the Special Exception is approved provide the following information on the plan; Special Exception number, date of approval, conditions of approval. 3. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan with the next submittal. 4. As it appears that a new handicapped parking space is proposed provide a fully dimensioned detail for the handicapped vehicle parking space. 5. As it appears that a new handicapped parking space is proposed provide a dimension for the parking are access lane (PAAL) the provides vehicle access to the handicapped vehicle parking space. Per the LUC the minimum width for a PAAL that access a 90 degree vehicle parking space is 24'. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance.
