This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the effected areas. 2. Based on the last approved site plan provided. The area of proposed expansion shown the west end of the building is within an existing HVAC Yard. The area of proposed expansion shown along the south and east side of the existing building is under roof but not within existing building wall. This said all three area constitute a building area expansion. Provide a building area expansion calculation on the site plan. 3. Based on the proposed area of expansion located along the south side of the existing building is removing required Class 1 bicycle parking. Show where the Class on bicycle parking is relocated to. 4. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.4 The vehicle parking space calculation shown on sheet A0.2 is not correct. Per LUC Section 3.3.4 CIVIC USE GROUP, Religious Use, the parking requirements are based on One (1) space per five (5) fixed seats or one (1) space per fifty (50) sq. ft. of floor area of all combined areas of assembly where religious services are held not the occupancy 5. Depending on how the above comments are addressed addition comments my be forth coming.
