Curb closure is required for unused driveway that is located along Country Club adjacent to future building C.3. 4. Existed sidewalk located along the north side of play area is not ADA complaint and is to be signed as such or may be reconstructed for accessibility. 5. (Additional condition applies to final revised grading plan as builts.) Label dimensions for slope grade for constructed southwest channel side slopes. 6.
