Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the grading plan. Please provide a drainage report with the next submittal. Grading Plan Comments: 1. DSMR will be required for sidewalks that are not meeting minimum width requirements. Revise detail to add 6 inch curb in detail. 2. New wall has been added to plan, provide scuppers and indicate positive drainage. 3. Original plan indicated new sidewalk being installed along Lee Street, north of future building C.4. 4. Provide all internal drainages shown; per site visit by David Roberts, Construction Inspection Supervisor, drainage is not constructed as indicated on plans. Additional site visit will be required prior to final approval. 5. South of new play area Top of Curb elevations are indicated on plans, however, inspector has indicated that no curb actually exists in this location, please revise accordingly. 6. Previous plans reference sidewalks to detail 3. New plan is referencing keynote 2, of which does not indicate width of sidewalk. 7. Western sidewalk along future building C.4, sidewalk is 42" and with building kickout is measuring out at 38" clear space, DSMR will be required for proposed sidewalk width. 8.
