Please revise the plan to address these comments which are repeated here. 1. As previously commented, clarify the status of the lot. Currently the areas labeled as Block 1 and Block 2 are still a single lot. Until a final plat has been approved and recorded the land division will not be recognized by the City. Indicate that the boundaries shown are proposed until the plat is approved by the City and recorded. 2. As previously commented, data on separate layers of the plans are printed in the same areas of the page, causing it to be very difficult to read. Revise all sheets as necessary to make sure that all data is clearly legible and will be legible even when scanned for archival purposes. 3. As previously commented, correct the section callouts to refer to the correct sheets. The callouts on sheet 2 indicate 3/C1, and 1/C1. The details are shown on sheet C2 and are labeled as such. Similar conditions appear on sheet 3. 4. Clearly identify, without ambiguity, the work that constitutes this project, on the plan. The cover sheet indicates a "proposed project area" and both sheets C2 and C3 have grading limits that surround large portion of the site. Clearly indicate the boundaries for all construction activity associated with this permit. |
