Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved tentative plat. Please submit one copy of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

1. Clarify the status of the lot. Currently the areas labeled as Block 1 and Block 2 are still a single lot. Indicate that the boundaries shown are proposed until the plat is approved and recorded.
2. Include the drainage report with the grading plan submittal. Include a discussion showing how the differences between the proposed drainage and the previously approved drainage designs are justified.
3. Clearly show the locations and quantities of on-site and off-site discharges that affect the site. Clearly show off-site contours to the extent that they affect drainage onto and from the project site.
4. Ensure that data is not overlapped to render it illegible.
5. Clearly show and provide details for all inlet and outlet structures both existing and proposed. Provide sufficient detail to show how drainage is currently discharged from the site and how proposed changes will be made.
6. Correct the section callouts to refer to the correct sheets.
7. Clarify the extent of work that is proposed for this grading permit.
8. Provide a legend to identify all symbols used on the plan.
