Revise sequential activities to include, as the first two activities, determining the disturbance limits, and installing the proposed BMP's within these limits. 4. Provide the specific drawings for each Phase. See the example on redlined sheet 1, "Part A, lots 1 thru 135. 5. Provide all the information from C.O.T. SWPPP check list. See attached checklist. 6. Show where all stockpile will be placed. Install per CALTRANS BMP manual. 7. Show all material storage area, and install per CALTRANS BMP manual: WM-3 and WM-2. 8. Provide storm water controls every where silt has the ability to leave the site. 9. Provide BMP's at the top of the Atterburry Wash banks. 10. The vegetative barrier in the back of Lots 231- 241 does not appear to be adequate for storm water control. Provide a more appropriate control such as straw wattles. 11. Show on the SWPPP exhibit the locations of on-site material storage, waste storage or receptacles, borrow areas, equipment storage or other supporting activities (Part III.C.3.e). 12. Identify any water bodies (including dry washes and wetlands) on the site. If there are no water bodies, indicate this on the map (Part III.C.3.f). 13. Specify existing vegetated areas (trees, brush, etc.) and boundaries of environmentally sensitive areas and buffer zones that are to be preserved (Part III.C.3.j.). 14. The owner certification shall be signed and dated (Part IV.J.1). 15. Show, on the site map, areas of soil disturbance and areas that will not be disturbed. (Part IV.C.3.b). 16. Identify location and potential discharges from support activities, including asphalt/concrete plants and stockpiles if applicable. (Part IV.C.5). 17. Describe where natural/existing vegetation will be preserved. Locations of trees and boundaries of environmentally sensitive area and buffer zones to be preserved are also to be on the SWPPP site map (Part IV.B.1.) and (Part IV.D.4.a). 18. Describe and identify interim and permanent stabilization practices for the site, including a schedule of when the practices will be implemented. (Part IV.D.4.a). 19. Describe measures that will be used to minimize erosion at and around the culvert(s) (Part IV.B.1.). 20. Describe structural practices to divert flows from exposed soils, store flows or otherwise limit runoff and the discharge of pollutants from exposed areas of the site to the degree attainable. A combination of sediment and erosion control measures is required to achieve maximum pollutant removal. 21. Include a copy of the authorization certificate received from ADEQ (Part III.D.2.). 22. Include a copy of the completed NOI form that was submitted to ADEQ (Part III.D.3.). 23. Provide adequate sediment basins. (Part IV.D.5.a.). 24. Show on the SWPPP Exhibit the location of the washout area(s) (Part IV.D.7). 25.
