Prior to Zoning approval the Engineering and Landscape Sections must approve the grading plan. 3. Provide some type of barrier (bollards or vertical curb) at the east end of Rabbit Run Way to prevent vehicles from accessing un-developed areas. 4. Zoning is willing to review and approve the grading plan over the counter once the engineering and landscape sections have approve this plan.
