08/19/2008 | PETER MCLAUGHLIN | ZONING | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | 1. Add the overlay zone case number (T08SA00290) to each sheet of the plan set in lower right corner next to the title block. Also add to general note 11 on page 1 of the site plan the case number, date of approval, and any applicable conditions of approval. |
08/19/2008 | PETER MCLAUGHLIN | LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Denied | 1. The grading plan, site plan and floodplain info plan (Exhibit 4 in the ERR document) indicate different grading limits and show a different orientation of the proposed soccer field from that shown on the landscape, native plant preservation, and ERR plans. As shown on the grading, site, and floodplain plans the soccer field and grading limits will extend into the area of protective fencing and will cause some of the native mesquite and desert willow trees, which are labeled as "preserved in place", to have to be removed. Revise site plans and grading plan to be consistent with the landscape plan, NPP plan and ERR plan as far as the location of the soccer field and grading limits. 2. The proposed maintenance building is also shown to be of various sizes and in different locations on the plans. Revise grading plan and site plans to be consistent with the landscape plan, NPP plan, and ERR plan concerning the location and layout of all proposed buildings and other site elements. 3. Revise the ERR plan to show the correct limits of grading clearly and to indicate the location of protective fencing. |
