Please add the following note to the development plan. a) All areas between the MS & R right-of-way line and the existing street right-of-way that are disturbed by development shall be revegetated with native vegetation. 3. On page 2 of 5 under the permitting notes, revise note #6 to indicate the correct view corridor calculations to match the calculations on page 3 of 5.
