The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of the mylar plan set for final review. 1. Lighten shading used for new pavement. 2. A full/"Type A" curb access ramp will have to be provided at Sta. +/- 80+75, RT. (Park Avenue) to connect the existing sidewalk leading into the Park Village Apartments.
