SUMMARY: The Country Inn & Suites drainage report was reviewed for floodplain conformance. Jurisdictional flood limits are indicated along the north boundary of the project with minimal proposed impact by the proposed project. Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends approval of the Floodplain Use Permit application. The Floodplain Use Permit will be issued concurrently with the Grading Permit once the site and grading plans are approved.
