SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed site plan for the above referenced property. Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the building plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Please include:
1. A response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the Building Plan.
2. Cost estimate exceeds maximum allowable 50% improvement for substantial improvement. Revise cost estimate to separate material and labor. See example of cost estimate enclosed for minimum requirements (Logo, contractor's name, reference project address, etc).
3. If this is a historic home, please provide registration along with an explanation for the improvement.
4. Include Floodplain Use Permit with next submittal (Note that there is a $50.00 permit fee).
5. This property is located within a City of Tucson identified 100-year floodplain. Openings will be required in proposed wall to permit the entry and exit of flood waters. Openings should be a maximum of 10 foot on center.
