COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).

This site plan is OK. The zoning is R-1 (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

A DDO is required for the east setback. The required setback for the interior lot line is the greater of six (6) feet or two thirds the height. The required setback to the east property line is six (6) feet and two (2) inches (LUC Section 3.2.3.4). The proposed setback is four (4) feet.

A DDO is also required for the proposed wall height of eight (8) feet. The maximum wall height for a solid wall is six (6) feet (LUC Section 3.2.5.3.H.1).
