10/31/2008 DAVE MANN FIRE REVIEW Denied The IFC and IBC require automatic fire sprinklers in R-2 units.

The units are too close together that fire rating of the overhangs is required. Perhaps the walls also. Show a cross section with wall surface locations and overhangs.

The current Fire Code is the 2006 IFC.
