The Floodplain Use Permit (FUP) and Site plan (SP) cannot be approved at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Flood plain use permit and Site Plan:

1. An appraisal of the existing structure by a licensed professional appraiser is required for the approval of the FUP. The appraisal shall not include the value of land and shall only be for the value of the existing structure alone.
2. The Site plan and Building permit cannot be approved prior to the approval of the Floodplain Use Permit. Re-submit the FUP, SP and bldg. plan with the appraisal.
