Landscape plan shall include irrigation specification design and layout per DS 2-06.5.4.A & DS 2-06.5.4.B including source of irrigation, sleeves for driveways and sidewalks, locations of valves, low-flow bubblers or drip irrigation. Provide an irrigation plan as required. 6. Some of the trees proposed, such as evergreen elm and arizona sycamore, are not found on the ADWR drought tolerant plant list. The Site Plan cannot be approved until the ERZ review has been completed and approved. 2. Revise general note 17 to indicate areas of the property is also affected by FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area Zone AE. 3. Provide recordation information for the right-of-way that is to be dedicated to the city (key note 3.) 4. Keynote 42 is called out on the plan view. Provide a corresponding note. 5.
